Puan Anne Abraham
As founder and CEO of LeadWomen, Anne plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s vision and mission towards developing and advancing women into leadership positions across the corporate and government sectors across the ASEAN Region. Currently, she is working on the Malaysian government initiative to drive for at least 30% women representation in decision-making positions and boards of Malaysian PLCs.
Anne is a strong advocate and supporter for women leadership development, as well as supporting the advancement of women leadership in the field of technology. She was a speaker at Women in Leadership Forums Naseba (2010, 2013), Asia Pacific Malaysia-China Economic Women’s Forum (2010), Corporate Governance Symposium 2013 (Women on Boards) and also a patron for Gorgeous Geeks, which supports women in technology. She established the Cisco Connected Women Malaysian Chapter in support of her women employees.
Prior to LeadWomen, she was the Managing Director of SAP Malaysia and Cisco Malaysia, two of the largest global technology corporations in their segment. She was successful at building high-performance executive teams and leading technology and service organizations. In those capacities, she ensured that the diversity and inclusion agenda was aligned with the business strategy.
Puan Yasmin Mahmood
Puan Yasmin Binti Mahmood currently serves as Executive Director of YTL e-Solutions Bhd. Puan Yasmin graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science & Applied Maths) from University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Puan Yasmin joined Hewlett-Packard Sales Malaysia from 1988 to 1994. In 1994, she left to join Dataprep Retail Sdn Bhd as General Manager till 1996. She returned to Hewlett-Packard Sales Malaysia in 1996. While in Hewlett-Packard Sales Malaysia, Puan Yasmin served on various posts and her last position was that as the General Manager of the Commercial Channels Organisation. In the year 2000, she moved on to Dell Inc as General Manager, Dell Malaysia and Corporate Director. Prior to joining YTL e-Solutions Berhad, she was the Managing Director of Microsoft Malaysia Sdn Bhd from 2006 to 2009. Puan Yasmin joined YTL e-Solutions in March 2010 and is presently involved in the Information Technology and e-Commerce Division of the Group.
